Our salesman, CJ Jimenez, was well informed on the vehicle we purchased and easily answered all our questions. He did a brilliant job of drilling down to exactly what we were looking for, without making us feel like he was trying to sell us a moon landing. We really appreciated his handling of the entire deal. We worked with an equally as capable finance team, whose names I can't recall because they were so efficient in getting us in & out of the office. They are the 2 new guys (as of this posting), both of whom were honest and assisted us in going a different direction with our vehicle financing than we had originally planned on going. We appreciate they gave us an option we hadn't considered, but ultimately went with. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Plus, we LOVE our new truck. More

Service department Every time I have used the service department there have been issues. I had to visit dept three times to get a cluster fixed. I recently had service with a recall work ( airbag) I get home and they had forgotten to replace door seal. Since they are the only dealer in Reno I feel obligated to use them or drive to California for service. And managers never return phone calls. More
