Outstanding Prompt Service I was helped the minute I drove in the service entrance by Jessie. I was there for an airbag replacement. I also said my windshield washer fluid wasn’ I was helped the minute I drove in the service entrance by Jessie. I was there for an airbag replacement. I also said my windshield washer fluid wasn’t working. It was found that my washer fluid was frozen and it was fixed for free. I Really appreciate Jessie’s prompt, courteous and caring attitude. Bought a Lemon I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2012 Toyota Camry LE from you in 2014. Fast forward to February 2019, my wife gets rear ended and when the body sh I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2012 Toyota Camry LE from you in 2014. Fast forward to February 2019, my wife gets rear ended and when the body shop is working on the car they discover that there was previous damage that wasn't repaired correctly and that the car was not safe. The body shop is refusing to complete the repairs due to the shoddy work that was done to the car. Of course I reviewed the carfax report prior to purchasing and there was no mention of an accident, especially one that threatened the structural integrity of the vehicle. Now I'm forced to pay for the repairs to fix the incorrect work myself. More

Another thing when I bought my brand new car and I wanted to take pictures..they put the rattest looking bow on top of my car..not professional at all..now whenever i look at my car picture..i have to feel bad.. As I was leaving the dealership I noticed I had a low tire warning light (tire pressure had been fine on arrival). I immediately turned around and shared my concern with the service representative. They took my vehicle and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. 30 minutes went by with seemingly no progress on my issue. I was then approached by the same individual and asked for my paperwork from the earlier service. They then disappeared for an additional 20 minutes. I finally left the dealership nearly an hour after arriving and was given a simple “sorry about that” with no explanation of the issue. The vehicle service had been completed hours before my arrival, and there was obviously no pre inspection before releasing the car back to me. I’m very disappointed with my most recent service experience. I am a regular customer and usually have no issues whatsoever. More
