Good Toyota dealer We have bought from Dolan Toyota in the past. This was our second time buying, Our first purchase was a great experience, the salesman at the time, Br We have bought from Dolan Toyota in the past. This was our second time buying, Our first purchase was a great experience, the salesman at the time, Brian took care of us from getting us a great deal on the vehicle we wanted clear thru making sure we were happy and understanding with the total price and financing rate. This time we purchased the salesman , Steven for the most part got us into a truck. When it was all said and done we thought with our trade the negative equity was 7-8,0000. It ended up being 13,000. It was disappointing. We also told salesman we both would be on loan. Once we were in with finance person, Craig he only had one person on loan and once it was mentioned it should’ve been both. He acted like it was going to be a pain to print everything over to add name. He also rushed through paperwork, We left not satisfied with the financing end and felt we paid more for the new vehicle then we first agreed on. We spoke with another finace person before we left. . He answered questions and told us we could come back the next day to make change to add name to loan. Our experience would have been very satisfactory if the communication between the salesman and finance was clearer. More

Extra Step Rav with 27,000; five months out of warranty; brake pad what was defective (metal in pad) making lots of noise. Took in to dealership. They did a check and agreed but said it was out of warranty and wear parts are not covered. I reminded them I had purchased five Toyotas since 1981 and this would be the last one if this defective part is not covered. They contacted Toyota and went to my side and got the company to agree with a "Good Will One Time Fix". I applaud the dealership in going to bat for me but I am a little disappointed in that the main Toyota company declined to accept their responsibility for something defective and instead made it sound as if they were doing me a favor. Don't Feel Like Part Of the Family Not been a happy customer since I purchased my vehicle from Dolan. The most recent issue was replacing my tires (after only 25,000 miles). Your service department rep quoted me a price of $187 per tire for Michlin Defenders. When I tried to set up an appointment I was told that price was a mistake and the new price would be $250. Your service manager would not honor the quoted price and offered me a new price on a Goodyear tire. I didn't accept his offer and bought my new (better) tires at Costco. Recently, I took my Highlander in for it's 30,000 mile checkup. Although the charges were extreme, my experience was satisfactory. More

Car purchase Steve was very friendly and easy to work with. I just bought a brand new rav4 two weeks ago.
