Manager Aaron Greene and Product Specialist Tim Herman were available, professional, accommodating and really took the time to explain everything about the process. Truly helpful and made the experience a happy and exciting one. Both the dealership and those two individuals have my highest recommendation for anyone looking to do business with Dolan. I live remotely close to five different Toyota dealerships that are all know for everything betw Dolan Toyota in Reno is truly a FIVE Star dealership. I live remotely close to five different Toyota dealerships that are all know for everything between high volume and great customer service. I chose Dolan because they made my car buying experience exciting and fun. If you aren’t knowledgeable about what you’re looking for, they have the answers and recommendations. If you know what you’re looking for, they are straight to the point with the best price they can give you. I went to several different lots looking for my perfect 2018 Tundra, at the price I wanted to pay. The only people that could deliver that were at Dolan. No BS just told me what they could do. Also, Dolan always carries a heavy inventory which is a plus when you want to see and drive every trim level available. (Side note: their lot is also very vehicle organized! This made browsing through the inventory very helpful instead of walking miles around the lot to try to find what you want to see!!) I went into this deal very knowledgeable and nonnegotiable. When we sat down to hash out the numbers, they produced even better. I had a low, but reasonable number in mind. They did better then that WITH EXTRAS. Being only 25 years old, I needed all the help I could get with getting a good APR on my loan. They were able to get me a level 3 interest rate that I was unqualified for, without having to go 12 rounds to get there. Their concern was that I left there with a smile on my face and would be excited to drive my truck everyday. That’s the way it should be. I test drove 5 trucks at Dolan all on different visits and not once did I feel pressured or like I was wasting anyone’s time. I just wanted to find exactly what I wanted at the pace I wanted to do it. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. If you visits this dealership I highly recommend, Aaron Greene, Vince Bough, and CJ Jemeniz. These guys are knowledgeable and most importantly, there for you. More
