On travel and unfamiliar with Reno NV, I needed programing of a spare key (with security-chip) and prigr SUMMARY: Dolan Toyota service was terrific. On travel and unfamiliar with Reno NV, I needed programing of a spare key (with security-chip) and prigraming of a key-FOB. Arrived in mid-afternoon and had service completed that afternoon. This service job is NOT a trivial task as one without knowledge and precision can cause damage and great expense by de-programing working keys and key-FOBs AND 'wipeout' the security code in the vehicle. Needless to say it is an expensive process to restore operations & security codes. ASHLEY was my service representitive and although STEVE (Service Manager) said she was newly promoted to this position, she handled service with aplomb, coordinated with the service with mechanics/ technicians effectively, and quickly. I thought she exhibited customer-coordination and experience beyond her time-in-grade. I told STEVE this, and that ASHLEY reflected terrific credit on him and Dolan Toyota.. As a senior Navy officer, I remarked that I was quite familiar with leadership of new and less-experienced personnel. I know how I respond to positive feedback on my personnel. Phil More

Not many options for Toyota Dealerships in Northern Nevada so I was skeptical on what the salesmanship would be like. In short, I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm, and responsiveness of the sales team (Mason Hill and his manager Aaron Greene).
