We had nothing but poor service on our 2016 Jeep (the last in a long line of Jeeps for us) at Lithia plus excuses and arguments (many about it's crappy transmission). Disposed of the Jeep and bought two Toyotas (Highlander and Corolla) - LOVE them! So reliable, quiet, good in the snow (Highlander, although the IM's not all that bad), and efficient (IM gets about 36mph AVERAGE). Dolan has a good service dept. and does the routine checks quickly and courteously. Ask for Bruce Lee if you're buying! More

Only one negative comment and that is I had to call 4 times to try to find out when the warranty wor I appreciate the quality of care Dolan provides. Only one negative comment and that is I had to call 4 times to try to find out when the warranty work was going to be finished. I brought the vehicle in on Friday, they had to keep it until Saturday as they did not have the part in stock. The service dept was supposed to call me with an update but failed to do so. I had to make 4 calls to finally get a definitive answer. Other than that glitch, I am quite satisfied with Dolan's service. More
