"A pleasure from start to finish" I was looking for a specific color, with a certain package. There were only two that fit my criteria on the West Coast. I located them at Dolan Toyota I was looking for a specific color, with a certain package. There were only two that fit my criteria on the West Coast. I located them at Dolan Toyota in Reno. I was hesitant to pursue purchasing from them because I live in California, 210 miles away. I proceeded to call and spoke with a gentleman named Asher. He negotiated the deal and was very informative and accommodating. I booked a flight for the next morning, arriving at 9:00 am. A nice young lady named Sahara, was waiting for me outside of the terminal. She drove me to the dealership where my prospective new 4RUNNER was sitting in their staging area washed, fueled and ready to drive home. Beth was my salesperson and made the transaction easy and painless. Sara was assigned to go over with me, all of the different options in the car and I found her to be pleasant and informative. I ended my experience with Richard, who finalized all of the paperwork. He had all of my DMV paperwork in order so I can transfer title to California seamlessly. Dolan Toyota is class act! More

We can tell that there has been a great deal of change within the last few years. There is no pressure, they are there to help you get what you want and need. We dealt with Beth and Sara again, they are very good at their jobs. They know the product, are pretty quick at figuring out what car will fit your needs and wants. We made the deal and we were even able to request that which finance manager to use, which is Zac. All in all, the visit went amazing and all the employees we dealt with were perfect! The only thing that I would say was a bit of hassle was when it came to the down payment they wouldn’t take a ATM card it had to be a check, who uses checks anymore all we had were the temporary ones you get when you open an account but nope that wouldn’t work. They did give us 12 days to get some but now I’m gonna have checks that I’ll never use. But over all a great experience. More
