In my opinion she went above and beyond to make the sale seamless and also provided excellent customer service. Her commitment to getting me the best deal on the vehicle I wanted was as important to me as her. Mark Miller, Jeremy Parke and Madison Vannostrand also played a big role in doing a great job in their respected positions to make my experience at Dolan Toyota great. These four employees mentioned above are in my opinion, why I would return to Dolan again. The Dolan family should take notice of such dedicated and hard working employees and realize these people are why Dolan Toyota is a success. Thank you, Steve Banks More
Every time I come here, one bad thing after another I give them an average rating because they are a bunch of sharks just like every other dealership. They treat you well until you sign your name. Once they have your money, sorry there's nothing I can do for you. My parents have bought two cars from Toyota, my girlfriend has leased twice specifically from this dealership, and I had plans of buying my first new car from this dealership. Well, not anymore. I have spent in around $6,000.00+ here in a matter of a few months, and on my last visit I forgot to apply a coupon of a mere 10% off to my parts and labor on one service. It's not like it was 10% off the entire amount spent there, one service. I was told they would not be able to reverse the charge and apply the coupon because it would take a little bit of extra time and her manager said no. I know of other big companies that would do it and have done it no problem. Instead, she said that she would put a note on my account for the next time I have a service done there when the coupon doesn't expire. Seriously! Insulting the customer's intelligence whether she realizes it or not, seems like she's making it sound like she's doing me a favor, but really just trying to find ways to make me think she is doing something about it. All she would have to do is redo the write-up for the services, adjust the cost, reverse the charge, then recharge the new amount. Sorry I'm not worth your time if I'm not paying $125/hr. One of the services before that I had a light go out on my dashboard that worked fine before they worked on it. They told me that it would've gone out anyway and that it was just bad timing. There is no way to prove how it went out, but Toyota had it last and should take responsibility for it. For a company that makes money hand over fist you'd think they wouldn't mind doing the right thing, in this case, replacing a light bulb for $20 considering I had spent a few thousand that day as well. I will no longer be servicing any of my vehicles through this company anywhere, ever again. More

He was very attentive to my requests, needs and wants, all while treating me with the friendliest courtesy. I was able to trade in a lease directly through Toyota, that they worked together with me to find the right price/deal and Aaron always made sure it was within my reason and without pulling any tricks or hiding any numbers. This being my first completely solo car purchase, I don't think anyone could have made the process and transition from one lease to another any easier than Aaron and Dolan Toyota did. I can't recommend this dealer and Aaron enough, especially, and I look forward to the next time I get to thank Aaron in person for being so good at his job and helping me out. More

No Customer Service I went to pick up my car from the service department and it took me 45 minutes for someone to asked me if I needed someone to help me. Then I needed to talk to a financial management representative, and I waited another 45 minutes. While I was waiting around to get help, I noticed the majority of the employees just hanging out and not doing anything. None came to asked if I needed any help. This is the worst customer service experience!!! More

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve Harris at Dolan and from the get go it was a phenomenal experience. Not only did Steve get me the truck, but he did so way faster than expected and smoked every other price I'd seen. He also went above and beyond with accessories and dealer add-ons that sweetened the deal. I cannot stress enough how easy, friendly and professional he was to work with. Constant communication regarding updates, great memory and attention to detail for all of the specific requests I had, likable personality and genuinely vested in my satisfaction with the experience. More
