Doug made sure that I had a shuttle ride-since it was a lengthy service for the CRV. The shuttle driver was so nice and accommodating. I have had no trouble with the car since the day I bought it back in 2009. Doug made sure I had a shuttle ride and then back again. The waiting room was comfortable, iced soda, TV and a book to read. The work was done on a timely basis and everything explained to me. What more can I say - Perfect! More

The Service Manager Doug Settle went out of his way to address and immediately resolve the problems. Since Doug Waltz ( I would say he kinda got stuck with us...lol) has been participating in the care of our car we have not had any additional problems with the Honda Service Department.
