I was however a little disappointed with the service tech, whoever that was, because I received a comp wash but the rims / caps were left out and were filthy, also, on my way home, the TPMS tripped, having the tires rotated, caused some concern, none of the tires PSI matched which lead me to think that whoever rotated the tires didn't check the PSI even though they checked that off on the worksheet. I drove it home and I noticed whirling noise from the tires. I had a friend of mine ride with me to see if I was imagining things. He thought it might be a bad tire so I took it to Zurker's in Monroe to check tires. They asked if I had the tires rotated lately. Yes yesterday. The front tires were going the wrong way for directional tires. I immediately called yours service severice dept and told them about the problem. The reasons why I called was not to complain but to make sure it would not happen to anyone else. Mistakes happen it did no ruin the tire, I just thought is was better to be positive so your dept would be better. More
