Problem with airbags I own a 2014 Honda CRV and a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The airbag light was coming on intermittently for the past year and a half on the Ridgeline. I call I own a 2014 Honda CRV and a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The airbag light was coming on intermittently for the past year and a half on the Ridgeline. I called this to the attention on the service manager Doug Settle and my service representative Justin Price. Although this was a very difficult and challenging problem they traced it down and fixed it. This was done at no cost to me although the Ridgeline is over 8 years old. I believe this is service above and beyond what could be expected. This is the reason that I purchase all my new vehicles from Don Ayres Honda, have all service performed there, and recommend them to all my family and friends. RalphH More

Struts I was preparing for vacation and my vehicle had suspension problems. Service determined that I needed struts. Your Service Manager, Doug Settle, has always been TOP Management, in my book, and has always solved my problems, big or small!! I always ask for Troy Johnson when I call in to schedule an appointment for service, because I know he will handle every detail that I ask, and go the "extra mile" to make sure I'm a happy customer before leaving! All the Honda people are very friendly and pleasant and make you comfortable in your stay, and with employees like Doug and Troy, I would not hesitate to recommend Honda to all of my friends and family!
