Four times we have o Valet service was one of the primary differentiators between this dealership and other dealerships when we leased my wife's MKX. Four times we have ordered valet service. Twice it has worked without a hitch. Once, they didn't show to pick up the car. When we called, we were told they thought we were dropping the car off. If we dropped the car off, it wouldn't be valet service. But the most recent time, we were told (twice) that our car would be returned the same day (we didn't request a loaner, because that makes it much more difficult to schedule valet service!), but without notifying us, they kept our car overnight. When I called the next morning at 9 am, I was first told they were still working on it. Then they transferred me to my service advisor who told me "I was going to call you a little later." When I asked why we didn't get our car back the day before, she said "It takes two hours to set up a valet driver, and I leave at 6:00 and I didn't get notified that your car was ready." So I guess they default to "keep the car overnight and don't tell the owner". My wife wants to take it to Jiffy Lube next time, but their oil change and tire rotation price is pretty good, and while the car is in their shop, they do a good job, and they wash it afterward. And we have at least a 50/50 chance they'll get the valet service right... More

Wasted Time I informed them my issue was AC related three days in advance and made an appointment. Why couldn't someone have called me? Upon arrival, I was informed they could not take me in for service, AC issues are 2 weeks out for AC service. Wasted 3 hours of my morning. Dont use Don Davis. I should charge them for MY wages I lost. More
Forgotten & Ignored I chose a dealership. Thinking reputable work. Wow! So wrong!!! They had my car there for more than a month. Wouldn't return calls, text emails, and I chose a dealership. Thinking reputable work. Wow! So wrong!!! They had my car there for more than a month. Wouldn't return calls, text emails, and then claimed they had my number wrong. I found out the service center call center is off site . Even the service manager didn't return my call. Claimed she never got the message. I go down in person to reclaim my car, they had increased their original quote to $ 7,000.00. That's $1,500.00 more for miscellaneous parts. More

Fun Experience Jared and Chad were great to work with. Jared was friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. If he didn't have an answer, he worked quickly to get it. Both times he had the car (or cars) I was interested in waiting up front. I moved forward with a purchase on my 2nd visit. Chad assisted in working numbers and any additional questions.
