I was not pleased with my recent visit to your facility. I approved replacing the filter and repairing the tire. Later he returned recommending a fuel flush which I approved. In total I spent more than 2 hours and the fuel flush was not completed because the proper tool was not available to complete the flush. Furthermore Mr. Ley did not give me an update on any possible recalls that may be in effect. More
