The start of this service was rocky. Miscommunication amongst the staff caused my car to be there longer than expected, which provided a big inconvenience for me. All I came in there was for a new key to be programmed for my 2009 Nissan Maxima. Christian was my tech who I dealt with directly and Shawn, the service manager also helped me out as well. In the end, Shawn stated to me that I had a bigger issue with my vehicle which is why I they could not get a new key programmed for my vehicle. They were able to fix the key fob slot and get me a new key. I will return to the dealership though. I just asked that the service reps be on the same page and make sure they communicate effectively with the customers. More
The major issue with the Don Davis service was, on their website an oil service was 59.99. My Nissan uses 5.5 quarts or 6 quarts rounded up of Mobile One. IT uses the same oil filter found in many other N website an oil service was 59.99. My Nissan uses 5.5 quarts or 6 quarts rounded up of Mobile One. IT uses the same oil filter found in many other Nissan and Infiniti models however the cost for my service was 214 dollars. There weren't any other items listed on the service receipt. No special instruction from the service advisor, just a 4 x markup from what the website reported. Having an expectation of what standard service is going to cost helps to make an informed decision rather than an overpriced lesson. The service was good with no oil spilled or other issues the major drawback was not setting the expectation upfront. I may have proceeded with the oil change knowing that the service charge was 150.00. This is the job of the service advisor to communicate that cost expectation. More

The staff is always very friendly and willing to help out in anyway that they can. The service department worked on my car they made sure to complete the job in a timely fashion and they were able to offer in anyway that they can.
