We were referred to Steve Jacobs via my wife, who had done some peripheral work for Don Jacobs Toyota. Alan Whitson was our salesperson, who gently guided us through purchasing process. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the end result, and Alan and the staff were very accommodating. For me it wasn't about the absolute lowest price, although I don't think that we could have done much better anywhere else.
