In the service center, I feel like the master tech really listened to me and went back to check on the mystery problem several times before they finally found the issue(s). The tech working directly on the car kept digging too, and from what I can tell did good work. I think the techs are excellent. I do wish it weren’t so much more expensive than a local auto shop. I do understand that it’s because I’m paying for quality work and factory parts - you get what you pay for - but it’s still very expensive. So I’m not sure I can actually complain despite the cost being tougher to handle. As for the dealership side that I saw while wandering around waiting for my car to be worked on, everyone was very nice. I was approached several times but not pushed, since I wasn’t in the market for a new car right now. I did enjoy looking at those on display though, and everyone’s friendly atmosphere, and when someday I do go to buy a new car it could likely be here. They made that good an impression.

I just purchase a new Grand Highlander Hybrid. Very happy with the whole process. Spoke with Dylan, let him know what I wanted price wise and what I wanted for my trade. I let him know how I felt I was justified in asking for both. Spoke with Mike and we met in the middle. Finance came to Dylan’s desk and signed all the paperwork. Overall great experience and would purchase again!
