I went shopping for a Toyota Camry and found an excellent car dealership. Serra Toyota has a large selection of quality CPO vehicles in which to choose from. The salespeople and managers were friendly and did their best to meet my needs. A special shout out goes to Katie Haagensen, the salesperson I worked with directly. She was friendly, knew how to deal with customers and was willing to go the extra mile to make this customer happy. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quality Toyota vehicle make sure your first stop is Serra Toyota and ask for Katie, you'll be glad you did. More

My wife and I were preapproved for two auto loans through Navy Federal Credit Union and had equity in two vehicles. After working with several dealerships, we chose to work with Julius Jackson at Serra Toyota. Julius was fantastic—professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. We wanted him to earn our business and commission. We informed the dealership of our preapproval, agreed on pricing, and placed a down payment to hold two vehicles. One of the cars was already allocated and en route to the dealership. When we arrived to finalize paperwork, Julius showed my wife the car, helped her pair her phone, and even swapped keys—all before we sat down with the finance team. While it felt premature, we trusted the process. Then came the issue. Finance Manager Joe Colletta asked for our bank draft and then questioned the interest rate. Upon hearing it, he tried to push us to finance through the dealership. We declined. He appeared frustrated and left. When he returned, he claimed they couldn’t accept the Navy Federal bank draft because it wasn’t a cashier’s check, stating that in his experience, 75% of Navy Federal drafts bounce and most dealerships don’t accept them. This was completely contrary to my experience and that of countless fellow service members. I challenged his claims, and another finance team member repeated the same story. I stepped outside and called Navy Federal directly. They confirmed that bounce issues only occur when dealerships fail to follow the draft instructions properly or have internal banking issues. I returned with the correct instructions from Navy Federal and asked them to proceed with the draft or I would walk away. Executive Manager Dustin Boundy backed the finance team’s refusal and refunded our down payment. We then went to Kenosha Toyota, just 15 minutes away, and purchased the same vehicle at the same price—same day—with zero issues using the exact same bank draft. Their finance team even laughed at Serra Toyota’s inability to follow simple instructions. This experience was deeply disappointing and felt discriminatory toward military banking practices. Serra Toyota lost two guaranteed sales due to misinformation, poor customer service, and an unwillingness to work with a reputable financial institution. More
Service department damaged my car. Service manager admitted fault. Upon picking up my car for a scheduled oil change I noticed deep scratches on the right front bumper. After speaking to the dealership about the scratches they told me they were extremely sorry & would like to give me a free car wash for the inconvenience. What a JOKE!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They won't last long with this type of nonsense. Horrible customer service horrible management. Horrible place of business! More
I took my car for an inspection to check the safety recall for Airbag and when they return to me, the little parts for the back chairs where you put the car seat were stolen for them. De verdad súper decepcionada un servicio pésimo y lo diré cuantas veces sean necesarias por deshonestos y robar esa mínima parte de un carro para luego venderlas como nuevas. More

6 hours for a requested wheel balance check. 4 hours in I return to the dealership and they feed me some crap explanation of exhaust against cross member. If this was the case it would be rattling and all the time, not just at 60-65mph, as described to all the service reps. All this WITHOUT DOING THE REQUESTED WHEEL BALANCE! They then do the requested wheel balance and without admitting that was the problem they scooted me out the door for a nominal fee. Initially they were saying 190$ for diagnostics...they sure are glad it wasn't that much. The next day i took the truck to a very trusted area mechanic and they found both rear tires out of balance...IMAGINE THAT!! I drove the truck home and had no wobble or vibration!!! When i inspected the wheels there were massive changes to the wheel weights...evidence that TOYOTA did absolutely NOTHING!! More
