When I have more time I am going to write a review on Yelp. I was a little apprehensive on bringing my truck in for the recall because there were so many negative comments or ratings on Yelp regarding Yelp. The process itself was painless. * Received recall notice * Set up an appointment to bring in my truck. * Received a friendly greeting - actually asked me what I knew of the recall and what work would need to be done. Also gave me the worst case scenario. * Car rental was easy. Carrie was very friendly. * Called me the same day to follow up with me on status of the truck and told me something that might need attention but was not required - no pressure. * I called the next day to see when my truck would be ready. And it was ready when I came to pick it up at 5:30 pm The only negative was whoever drove my truck, left there half drank coke bottle in one of the cup holders. More

Had a flat: Chris gave me suggestions for getting to the dealership safely and on my arrival was able to diagnose the unusual problem immediately. My appointment to replace the tire only lasted 20 mins. because Chris had had the tire ready to be put on. He also explored the tire's hazardous road clause so I only paid $20 for the tire prep. He provided superior customer service in every aspect. I've never had such great service as from all your reps and want to buy again from Don Jacbos but am just waiting for my great car to fall apart (which I hope is years away - I love it as much today as when I bought it - it's made of iron and still looks great) and Toyota to produce another sports car. My wife bought a car from DJ Toyota and everything was fine… that was in 2004. In 2008 the car had a problem with the Traction Control, VSC & Check Engine light coming on and causing the traction and s fine… that was in 2004. In 2008 the car had a problem with the Traction Control, VSC & Check Engine light coming on and causing the traction and stability controls to go offline. It turned out it was a sensor somewhere in the exhaust system. It was replaced and everything was good again. About a year and an half ago the same thing begun to happen. We kept bringing it in but the light would go out before we were able to get to them. So nothing could be done. Today Jan 12, 2012; it happened and I took it in. They told me I would have to come back at 5pm because that's the soonest they could look at it. No problem... well until... I was informed I would have to pay $90 for the diagnostic. They never charged us before and now $90 just to find out what it is... Outrageous! Never have we been charged for this in the last year and a half... Did they even do anything when we brought it in those other times? Maybe not, because when my wife bought the car they failed to install the cabin air filter... not to mention when I ask them to tighten one of the heat shields on the engine... they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong when I even know which one is rattling. There's more. but I don't want to go into it now. This is already too long and no one will read it all. If you've made it this far, thank you for listening. These dealerships need to understand that if they don't take care of their customers, they shouldn't have any. More

My company buys all of its cars from this dealership and has for over 5 years now. Even though we purchase exclusively from them, they still treat us poorly. We have taken cars back multiple times for the has for over 5 years now. Even though we purchase exclusively from them, they still treat us poorly. We have taken cars back multiple times for the same problem and they are not very helpful. They do nothing extra for us and they even return our cars (avalons and camrys) in worse shape (dirtier) then when we turn them in. We will discontinue our business with them after my last experience. I guess they did not know or care I was the person that could make that happen. More

I brought in a (in warranty) Tacoma because of a drive shaft clunk . In demonstrating the noise to a mechanic , he accused me of abusing the vehicle . After a fire we were told to take our 2009 Scion with 7,000 miles to this dealership for body work. The fire damage was on the driver's side of the car. Not only did they do a sloppy job on the fire damage, but when we went to pick up the car, it was full of scratches that were not on it before. We were told that that's what happens when you have 7,000 miles on a car. They accused us of coming in with all of these scratches and trying to have them fixed at the insurance company's expense. This couldn't be farther from the truth. This was a car that we take pride in ownership of. We were also told that all of the cars on the lot have at least 100 scratches on them - makes you want to go out and buy a new car at this dealership - doesn't it! The body shop manager was rude and this experience has been a nightmare. The scratches and dents are unacceptable but we seem to have no recourse. The longer they have our vehicle, the worse the damage gets. More
