He was happy to go through information until I was comfortable and we confirmed we were on the same page. My salesperson (JJ) was great, but I found the deal terms sheet confusing as the rebate ($1k) available via financing through Toyota Financial Services was being used to show that I was paying MSRP. Also, the add-on option prices on the deal terms sheet did not match the prices listed on the actual window sticker that I received after purchasing the car - which I found somewhat dishonest. More
