I was rear-ended and chose this dealership (close to my job). I stumbled upon problems with the other person's insurance and/or rental car agent not doing their job correctly (neither one claims accountab job). When I called this Director Michael Schwenn to see if he could help, for I was in tears over the injustice, he was such a warm and caring individual that stepped in to assist in resolving the matter, treating me so well that I thought I was back in the 70s where customer service was top notch! It was a refreshing feeling to find a company that cared for my customer satisfaction. He went out of his way to treat me with respect, service and in such a professional manner, that all dealerships should run their operations like this!
