I made an appointment to have my transmission checked for a shudder when excellerating. When I made the appointment I stated I would have to wait with vehicle. When I arrived f my appointment I was informed that there was no guarantee it would be seen today. I told the representative that I put down that I would have to stay as I had no other option. She stated that I could wait if I wanted but there was no guarantee it would be seen today. The representative seemed to not care that I was being inconvenienced. This should have been explained to me when I made the appointment, not after I had driven 45 minutes to my scheduled appointment. I will not be using your service department anymore as I have many times in the past. I bought this vehicle new from you but I’m sure my next new vehicle will be purchased elsewhere. More

Whenever I've gone to dealerships in the past to look at vehicles, I generally experienced great amounts of frustration and anxiety from the sales people that try to force our family to buy their cars at a vehicles, I generally experienced great amounts of frustration and anxiety from the sales people that try to force our family to buy their cars at a ridiculously high amount and without care to our financial needs. For the first time this past Saturday, I had the complete opposite experience over at Don Mealey Chevrolet. From the moment my wife and I stepped into the dealership, Jordan greeted us with a friendly demeanor and instantly set up a test drive for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado posted on their website. After a successful test drive, we told Jordan that we were highly interested in this truck, but we had concerns regarding the overall cost and financing the dealership may offer, as we recently had a rotten experience at a different GM dealership. However, both Jordan and finance manager Josh helped ease our concerns at a quick pace. This dealership is partnered with our local credit union with whom we were already pre approved for a car loan, so they were able to get confirmation from them. They also offered roughly the same trade-in value for my previous vehicle as Carmax, and they were able to get the registration switched over in a matter of minutes. Finally, we were given a monthly payment plan that had a decent interest rate and fit within our budget. We are incredibly thankful for the smooth process that both Jordan and Josh provided us with. Though I plan on owning this truck for the next decade, Don Mealey Chevrolet has earned itself a lifetime customer through me. More
