Two weeks later I know why I wanted one. The sales person Steve Weyhrich was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. Not only did I have a great experience with Steve, but the entire management staff actually took time to come over and introduce themselves. Un-Heard of. I have since recommended Don miller Subaru to many of my friends looking to buy a vehicle. Oh and the WRX I purchased my Wife plans to have one of her own now LOL More
Very Happy We bought our Legacy in 2011 and have been very happy. Especially note worthy has been the service. Prompt, courteous and thorough. The staff at Don Miller Subaru on Odana Road take very good care of my family's vehicle. The staff is always very friendly and they provide excellent service there prices are very good. I highly recommend Don Miller Subaru on Odana Road to anyone looking for a service center that will take care of your automotive service needs. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. They also have good cookies and hot chocolate in the nice waiting room. Need a ride while your vehicle is being service no problem they have that coveted also. More
Way beyond our expectations We chose a 2015 Subaru Outback in Twilight Blue, which turned out to be difficult to find with the trim package we wanted. Todd Kent and the Don Mill We chose a 2015 Subaru Outback in Twilight Blue, which turned out to be difficult to find with the trim package we wanted. Todd Kent and the Don Miller staff found the car 800 miles away and had it flat-bedded to Wisconsin for us. We have purchased a lot of new cars over the years, but I don't think ANY dealership has worked this hard for us. More
Service My husband's 2005 Subaru Forester lost air conditioning in July of 2012. We had difficulty with the dealership charging us and not fixing the problem. After my first review on this site they contacted us and have resolved the problem by installing a new compressor and subtracted some of what we had originally paid for not fixing it in the past. We are happy with the work so far. I am still rating them average as the customer service only changed when they saw my post. They have called us and followed up this time where they did not do so the first two times the car was in. I will leave the quality of work below average as we feel their mechanics should have figured out the problem the first or second time the car was in. More
Great experience with Dennis I had a great experience working with Dennis Riddle. I knew I wanted a Subaru for the quality of the AWD, but wasn't sure between Impreza, Crosstrek, I had a great experience working with Dennis Riddle. I knew I wanted a Subaru for the quality of the AWD, but wasn't sure between Impreza, Crosstrek, and Forester what would give the best balance of comfort, performance, efficiency, and cargo space. Dennis very patiently helped me test out an Impreza, a Forester, and both the gas and hybrid Crosstrek models while talking through the differences and his past personal experiences with the ones that he'd owned. The experience was extremely pleasant - Dennis was clearly interested in getting me into the car that best fit my needs and was never pushy or salesy, even though it was a busy Saturday. My experience with Dennis was definitely a refreshing change from the usual high-pressure sales barrage of car shopping. More

We wished to purchase a vehicle by the end of the month in order to take advantage of a low finance opportunity. We had very little time, and Todd found a vehicle that met our specifications. He came in on his day off to make sure the loan application process was going smoothly. Because we live a ways away, he worked with us via e-mail so we didn't need to make any unnecessary trips to Madison. Before we made our final decision about the car, he did not pressure us at all. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained everything we needed to know about the car in a very thorough manner. We are very pleased and highly recommend him! More
Don Miller -West gave me my Outback 2014 at a price I wanted and also financed it to the lowest possible rate. That is what I call customer service. He listened to my issues and ensured I had the best service. Rob Dippel was my sales manager, he along with the finance manager made sure my first car purchase was smooth. My previous car's timing belt failed. I am married with 3 active kids and we have a very busy life. We needed another car ASAP. I knew I wanted a Subaru, and I had a lot of questions. My salesman Ryan knew the situation and easily could have put the screws to me. I experienced the opposite. No pressure at all. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and was able to answer all of my questions. John handled the financing, and while I was offered all of the usual extras--when I declined one there was no pressure at all. I had a very good experience at this dealership and with these two gentlemen specifically. I hope all of my future interactions with this dealer are as pain free as this one. More
We considered other dealerships. Don Miller was responsive to our inquiries and very competitive on pricing.
