When we got home we found a rather obvious ding/dent in the front right above the headlamp. We contacted the service department. They reviewed the photos they took when the car was dropped off. No ding was seen on the car in the photos. We sent a photo of the ding/dent we took to the service dept. We were told they would have their manager call us on Friday........ etc........ More

I had my oil changed at Don Thornton recently and it was a horrible experience. As a result of them changing my oil they missed a leak in my heater core hoses.
