I have a 05 Titan with brand new tires. After a 1000 miles, the right front tire tread on the outer edge was scuffing. My regular tire shop said that the alignment was within specks. I took my truck to this dealership to get fixed, needed a drive shaft changed and my brakes changed as well. Spent over $1,200 dollars here at this location in Jacksonville. Took the truck home and was still having problems with the drive shaft. Took it back to the service department and told them there was still a noise coming from the drive shaft. They told me that they would look at it. After looking at it they told me that there was nothing they could do because my truck had a slight lift on it they could not guarantee the work they did. So I took it to someone else and they told me that the wrong parts were put on the truck. Well I took the truck back to them and told them what I was told. Well that was bad I guess because the service manager told me that they have been doing this for years and that I was wrong. I told him that I wanted to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the boss and I needed to leave now. I told him I wanted my drive shaft so I could take it somewhere and get a 3rd look. Well again he didn’t like this so he told me to get out of the service area since there were customers there and he didn’t want them hearing what they did to me. I again told him I wanted to talk to his boss and he just laughed at me and would not talk to me. I tried to call the lady in charge when I left and I got a hold of her but she took his side with no questions asked. I took my truck somewhere else and they fixed my truck and I had no problems after that with it. I tell everyone that I run into that this place is horrible and they need to stay away from them. If you do go hopefully they treat you like customers that they want back not like garbage they put in the street. More

My husband and I bought a brand new Pathfinder and we were pleased at first with the service. Then there were some issues and Kevin Higel became very rude with me and was calling me 2-3 times a day to ge were pleased at first with the service. I told him several time he needed to call my husband because I was very busy with a newborn and my 2 1/2 year old then I went back to work and he would get upset when I didn't answer my phone anytime he called. I am at work and can't answer my phone every time. For the most part we are satisfied with Don Williamson and would recommend them but we recommend to not see Kevin Higel. More

I TOTALED MY TOLD TRUCK WHEN A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF ME IN EARLY JANUARY 2013. I KNOW IT WAS AN OLD TRUCK BUT IT HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME AS MY DAUGHTER AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS GREW UP IN THAT TRUCK. ME IN EARLY JANUARY 2013. FROM THE SECOND I WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS I WAS GREETED IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MANNER THAN THE OTHER DEALERS I HAD BEEN TOO. THEY WEREN'T PUSHY AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME AND SEEMED TO APPRECIATE ME BEING THERE. IT WAS LIKE WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS OF MY OWN HOME. THE SALES MANAGER, FRANK GLADWELL, TALKED TO ME FOR A FEW MINUTES TOO GET A FEEL FOR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND PROMPTLY HOOKED ME RIGHT UP WITH A GREAT SALESMAN BY THE NAME OF GRANT. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR ME TO FIND WHAT I WANTED AS THEIR INVENTORY WAS VERY ADEQUATE. IN NO TIME AT ALL THEY WORKED OUT A DEAL TO FIT MY BUDGET AND MADE ME ONE HAPPY CAMPER. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR SERVICE ON MY TRUCK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. More

Every employee that passed you introduced themself and... oh my gosh... REMEMBERED your name every time they saw you! We spent about 3 hours there with Ezra Ward, and he was marvelous. It was never ever about the sale, it was about finding the right car for my entire family. We set the perameters for what we wanted as a monthly payment, interest rate, what we would accept for our trade in, ect., and they met all of those. We went in there just wanting to get some info because we got a letter saying they were doing a Credit Recovery Program for those who met certain criteria. I never expected to be walking out of there with a new car, and a plan that is going to rebuild our credit. Because it was so late they asked me to come in tomorrow so they could detail the vehicle (its already spotless to my standards) and to give us a gas card to fill it up. We have two children under 3 and they were getting very antsy towards the end. Ezra offered to get them some juice and snacks, but when he went to the back I saw him pull out his own money to pay for those things. It was so touching that he would do that. I will be recommending them, especially Ezra, to everyone I know and meet down here! Great work guys! More

Horrible! Sold us a car that was 5000 over the book value, the car started messing up the day after we bought it. They told us it would take a week to get the part in and its been 3 weeks since and sti value, the car started messing up the day after we bought it. And then asked for a carfax they told us there wasnt no problems with car and come to find out it had been in a wreck. I suggest everyone goes somewhere else and the bad buisness bureau will be contacted on about this dealership. More

I recently purchased some accessories for the Xterra and Kelly again helped me with that and my VIP status. Parts department was very professional and courteous.
