I walk into the dealership dead center to look at a Rogue, even took it for a test drive. Total time aprox 90 minutes, on the way back to the dealership I inquired about the Murano even after test driving the Rogue, talking all about the Rogue, he ask if I wanted to take the Murano for a spin. James showed great patience, understanding, and the urge to go above and beyond in his job. I will definitely be back at this dealership and the salesperson (James Browning) in a few weeks to finalize the purchase. More

They wont fix and theres most likely more damages being put on your car when you bring it in for repair. So upset n still the cars falling apart piece by peice. We were lied too. The owners pockets are so fat that he could of made a peace offering but that didnt happen. Theyd rather sell a bad car that could kill someone than be a moral person and compensate for the horrible shape the cars are in. Most are purchased at auctions by the way! Until my mother is given a car out of forgivness i will continie to fight for justice.! Dont buy here u will be lied to and put in clear danger as well as the carfax reports may not even show everything you needed to see to begin with. More

Waste of time. I recieved a phone call from Don Williamson today offering "above market value for my f-150 or they would fill up my gas tank and wash my car." I bit. They gave me the sales pitch, as could be expected, and offered me below market value, not above. It was so absurd that I looked the gentleman in the eye and said "you know as well as I do that you cant find this truck around here for what you are telling me you would sell it for." He didnt even argue. We couldnt come to terms, but get this; when I mentioned the gas and wash he told me he'd never heard anything like it. He pointed to the office and said talk to them. The people in the office literally snickered at me like I was out of my mind and said that they had never. I had to tell them I had it on voicemail (true) and that I felt like they were wasting my time before they (very rudely) obliged. It appears that Don Williamson Nissan is just another Jacksonville dealership, trying to take advantage of service members. I would shop around outside of town. More
