Dawne Martin and Daniel Russo exhibited absolute amazing customer service - there aren’t enough words to describe just how awesome they were. Those are two sales people that will keep us coming back to Donalson. Dawne was so sweet, as always, and she was very knowledgeable of the features in the truck we were purchasing. Daniel was the most personable sales manager we have ever dealt with and what we appreciated the most about him is that he was very blunt and honest, which is hard to find at a dealership these days. Great customer service which is a virtue in this day and time. The thing that impressed me the most was the service of taking me home and picking me up when my car was ready. I thought I had a leak in my brake system. after inspection, no leak was found. I expected a bill at least for the inspection of the brake system.
