My husband and myself was met by a very nice man that listened to what we needed and could afford. And those were the vehicles he showed us, not vehicles that were not in our budget. Unlike my last experiences nobody made me feel pressured to make a decision or sign paper work. The refundable deposit gave me the few days I needed to figure everything out financially and feel comfortable I was making the right decision. They were also flexible about working with my crazy 3 job schedule and offered to stay late so I could pick up my truck! The quality of the truck is as good as it gets for a used vehicle. Beyond happy and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Easy and to the point I came in as a walk in and was right away greeted by Bianka Dona. I told Ms Dona my budget and she quickly sought out 2 cars for me. I dealt with Bianka (sales agent) and Eddie (finance I purchased a vehicle last week from Done Deal Motors and it was a seamless and friendly process. I dealt with Bianka (sales agent) and Eddie (finance manager) primarily, but the entire staff was very friendly. When I went on the test drive with Bianka, I mentioned that the vehicle seemed a bit louder than I would have expected. Bianka relayed this to her manager, and all four tires were replaced with brand new tires and the noise that I had previously heard, was no longer lingering. During the purchasing process, Eddie was very friendly and welcoming and made the process quick and easy. He was also very responsive to any questions I had in-person and via email and phone. The same goes for Bianka as well. I would recommend this dealership in the market for a new vehicle. More

Outstanding! I found Done Deal through a Nationwide Insurance website and filled out a form and they got back to me literally within minutes. The person who call I found Done Deal through a Nationwide Insurance website and filled out a form and they got back to me literally within minutes. The person who called me was Bianka, who later became my sales person, and she was friendly, informative , not high-pressure and helpful. I went up to the dealership to look at one car, but the owner himself checked on a safety feature I wanted and since he found it did not have it, he and Bianka found another car (it was actually at a lower price so he didn't do it to bump me up in cost!) which was a better fit. I knew what I was looking for and no one tried to influence me in a different direction or to a higher cost option. I was impressed with their teamwork and that the owner of the dealership was personally involved. Drove the car from Mass to Conn and back to RI today and it was delightful. Having to buy a car is never fun, but this was about as good as it gets! Thank you! More
