This time someone decided that I needed to pay something for my service, and jacked up the price Service as usual Excellent. I usually give 5 stars. This time someone decided that I needed to pay something for my service, and jacked up the prices and I was charged $29.00 for the service that I already pay in my lease and the same service that the car has had since I leased the car. Tire Rotation and Oil change. I said nothing and paid for it. Very unprofessional and sneaky if you ask me. Look at your records and you will see that I have had 3 other leases prior to this one and always they were serviced at your facility. I will not be back at Esserman International Acura ever again. You have lost me as a customer. More
