Great experience I brought my car in for a battery issue. I called beforehand and spoke to Julian who told me that it was still under warranty and it could be replaced I brought my car in for a battery issue. I called beforehand and spoke to Julian who told me that it was still under warranty and it could be replaced for no charge. When I got to the dealership I met Julian who very cordial and explained everything to me in detail. He was able to get me in and out in under 45 minutes which was great. Even offered to wash and vacuum the car, no dealership is doing that in 2019! Once everything was done he provided a list of everything they checked on the car and what needed to be replaced. All in all it was a great experience and I would take my car back again. Thanks Julian! More
