Battery Replacement Arrived to the service area and was greeted by service agent Saili - with a beautiful smile. With in 45 minutes Saili advised me that the battery was changed and covered under warranty and lead me to checkout counter. My whole experience was very pleasant and efficient! The French Connection My previous experiences at car dealerships led to my trepidation about entering the Esserman Acura parking lot. I turned left instead of right and f My previous experiences at car dealerships led to my trepidation about entering the Esserman Acura parking lot. I turned left instead of right and found the used car lot. Once the used car salesman realized that I was interested in a new Acura, he escorted me to the Esserman (new) building. I walked in an went to the left to see a friendly face. Daniel was sitting at his desk and then greeted me with a smile. Trepidation reducing. He asked about my desired vehicle and we went outside to view one of the models. While he was speaking English with me, I detected a French accent. I asked him if he was French and he acknowledged his origin. We commenced in speaking in French, but I also heard him speaking Spanish. I thought to myself, "This guy is sharp." Once we drove the vehicle, Daniel relayed a plethora of information. He always conversed with a smile. Trepidation reducing! Daniel explained that Esserman sells luxury vehicles. He explained that the purchase of an Acura will lead to lifetime of elevated customer service. Daniel gave me the vibe of someone that I could trust. Trepidation reduced. That is why I decided to purchase. By the end of the deal, Daniel and I were speaking like old friends. More

My experience with Jose Borges (Pepe) throughout these years has been outstanding and I do not hesitate in calling him with any questions/concerns or information that I may have. He is always there, always responds and ensures that he understands my questions and concerns. Over the years I have come to view him as a friend and someone I trust. This makes it so much easier when I have to renew my vehicle every year because I know he and his management team (Abdel Yoda) will give me the best deal possible. We also take our vehicles for service at Esserman Acura and everyone is always reliable, friendly, professional. In 12 years with Esserman Acura I have not one complaint about their service or their employees. They have the BEST ! More
