The service provided to it was exceptional!!!! Alex Abella made the BEST suggestions for my "baby" and my budget. The gentleman that handed my keys (i cant remember his name) was very kind, even closed the door when i got in the car. Unfortunately it seems that the owners have let the money get to their heads since the waiting area is looking old and run down.....(i CAN'T comment on the rest of the facility since i only spent my time in the service waiting area).....i almost felt like i was at the gas station repair shop waiting room. The air is musty and it smells like an old folks home....like mistolin with must......the ambiance is blue, sad, if it wasn't for the employees smiles and light conversation it would have been very gloomy. Although after midday they no longer provide pastries while you wait, they do have free coffee and tea. I think they still have a vending machine, but don't hold me on that. They provide FREE Wi-Fi (code is located above the coffe counter) as the cell signal is very poor in the waiting area. More

Superb service Care We received a call stating the car is on an airbag recall and to make an appointment. this appointment was made. However we called Saili advised her the date the recall was and request to include the Brakes replacement if possible. She advised no problem she will include that service also because she wanted us to be safe. She will request a loaner for our use until the repair is completed. She explained all charges and gave us a printed statement. We drove the loaner home on March 19th, 2018. and received a call from Saili @ 10:20 am on March 21 your service is complete and you can pick up your car. this service exceeded our time frame. Not happy at all with Esserman International. Saili is a great person, and I've been so happpy wit her, however, Acura has never solved my car's problem and now they want me also to pay for change Saili is a great person, and I've been so happpy wit her, however, Acura has never solved my car's problem and now they want me also to pay for change my speaker. ( when it was changed only 2 years ago). Again, I'm pretty sure they only made a little make up to gain some time until the guarantee get expired. So sad Acura is promoted as a Premium Brand when it's customer service is worse then Honda. I would never recommend Esserman Int. to any of my friends. More
