Great customer service Julio was very polite and knowledgeable but he was unable to honor a coupon to rotate the tires, he say that we need it to use it another day, no comb Julio was very polite and knowledgeable but he was unable to honor a coupon to rotate the tires, he say that we need it to use it another day, no combined coupons!! therefore I will need to go back all the way from downtown Miami to have the tires rotated. In addition, my lease is up in March 2019, we visited the showroom and nobody had the courtesy to ask if we needed assistance, we also went outside to look at the new cars and again nobody come over, It seem that they are not eager to sell cars!!!
