Will always find time to listen to your concerns and help out. You could never go wrong getting your car serviced here. However, the sales department is disgusting. About 3 years ago I went to buy my significants other 2018 mdx. I was treated poorly even as if I was stereotyped. When I told the sales person what price I wanted he laughed and basically shoved me out the door. (Yes he actually put his hands on my shoulder and told me where the door was) I was livid and told him not to ever touch another client. I ended up buying my vehicle from Acura of Pembroke Pines for a better price than I even wanted. More

Fantastic - outstanding client service I had a flat tire in a location from which my car could not be towed. The outstanding salesperson that I deal with, Vidal Nunez, arranged to have Ess I had a flat tire in a location from which my car could not be towed. The outstanding salesperson that I deal with, Vidal Nunez, arranged to have Esserman service come out, take my car for the tire to be changed, and return my car to my work location the same day.
