Upon my arrival I wasn’t greeted only ignored. I felt profiled to be honest. After a few minutes of taking a self tour, I asked for assistance. To my surprise I was introduced to a gentleman with I felt profiled to be honest. After a few minutes of taking a self tour, I asked for assistance. To my surprise I was introduced to a gentleman with a pleasant smile. It was a joy to have Mr. Miguel Larrea assist me in shopping for a new vehicle. He was kind, generous, respectful and straight forward. He went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer and not a number. As a female shopping alone, often times you are taken advantage of. Not under the care of Mr. Miguel! I appreciate him greatly and I would recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks Miguel for being a fine example of what a true car salesman should be. Continue to serve the community with honesty and integrity. Oh and the finance manager was awesome as well!! More

Took in TLX for first maintenance and everything went well. There were many other cars being serviced at the time, so it took over an hour, but still happy with the work. Staff was helpful and had good a well. There were many other cars being serviced at the time, so it took over an hour, but still happy with the work. Staff was helpful and had good attitudes. Great GM…customer service Marcia is pleasant, professional & empathetic…service writer Sailii(?) graciously handled the current scenario tactfully & apologized for the previous problems…the servi professional & empathetic…service writer Sailii(?) graciously handled the current scenario tactfully & apologized for the previous problems…the service writer assigned originally never reared his head. The negatives: assigned service writer never materialized. Car sat in service bay after problem diagnosed for a while without explanation. Problem diagnosed (bad throttle body part) but part is backordered. That said I had previously had complained about “idling” issue but never diagnosed or resolved. Have not heard back from dealership to see if located part. More
