The negatives: assigned service writer never materialized. Car sat in service bay after problem diagnosed for a while without explanation. Problem diagnosed (bad throttle body part) but part is backordered. That said I had previously had complained about “idling” issue but never diagnosed or resolved. Have not heard back from dealership to see if located part. More

The sales rep was disorganized and I had to wait for them and wander around the lot to locate the car I came to test drive. The sales rep also hardly knew anything about the vehicle I was interested in and tried to charge a $3K mark up for inventory adjustment after we discussed pricing online and after my test drive. He also said the vehicle had no rust on it which was evidently not the case as the there was visible rust on the car and the Carfax had shown that the car spent the first half of its life in New Jersey. Absolutely would not recommend. More
