I was told that I did not own my car that is registered to me, impossible. I asked for my information to be updated due to them having the information in the system from the previous owner. She based the information of me not owning my car on the fact that Miami Acura has the previous owner’s information. I explained to this lady that, that didn’t matter and if it did, it has nothing to do with her as I was only there for an oil change and couldn’t understand why she would be concerned about anything outside of that. It was difficult trying to communicate with her because her English wasn’t the best, I only went here because it shows on the carfax that the previous owner only went here for maintenance therefore I would continue as they were already familiar and maintaining my vehicle. There was so much more ridiculousness that she continued to rant about, I was definitely discriminated against and will be contacting the BBB. Never again, extremely ridiculous. Stay away if you are not Caucasian or Hispanic. More
