Honestly, I got there and I as greeted and then they tell me the whole system is down and that they can’t check me in for my oil change that I would have to come back Monday. And keep in mind I scheduled Sat me the whole system is down and that they can’t check me in for my oil change that I would have to come back Monday. And keep in mind I scheduled Saturday because I work the whole week. And I explained that to me and he kind of got irate and said that it wasn’t his fault the system was down. Then they went in their office and as I was about to leave I went back to their office and said I would wait for the system to come back and he said it may be a while and I said that’s fine I’ll be waiting outside. And then a minute later he comes out the office and said oh the system is back and it was the mistake of the new hire that didn’t put all the correct information in the system so it was giving an error. Well couldn’t the person supervising the new hire have noticed that he was doing something wrong before saying the system was down and being rude? And then they say complimentary wash but honestly spray some water on top and didn’t even vacuum. More
