I went in with a faulty Battery that was under warranty and the service department claim that they couldn’t find the receipt or method of payment, for it. Therefore; after a long waiting time, I ended up b and the service department claim that they couldn’t find the receipt or method of payment, for it. Therefore; after a long waiting time, I ended up buying a brand new battery even though the other one was under warranty. So I am currently not to please, but under the circumstances I had to go and ended up just paying for the new battery. On their defense, the did offer a $20.00 coupon which was nice; but at the end I was not pleased. More
