Customer service was good. Vehicle was not up to par when initially sold. The vehicle had areas that were dirty. I asked about the vehicles readiness several times, specifically mentioning the battery, trans initially sold. The vehicle had areas that were dirty. Within the first 2 weeks the car needed a new battery and transmission work. Not okay. Also had to spend extra money to actually get the car properly cleaned. More

There’s a reason I have stopped taking my car to be serviced by the dealer, the prices are absurdly high and the customer service appears like they don’t care. $270 to change a battery that wasn’t even serviced by the dealer, the prices are absurdly high and the customer service appears like they don’t care. $270 to change a battery that wasn’t even 3 years old.
