I called on a Friday to make appointment for Saturday they told me no appointments needed. Appointments should always be recommended no denied specially on busy days. It is upsetting to go on a Saturday they told me no appointments needed. Appointments should always be recommended no denied specially on busy days. It is upsetting to go on a Saturday wait about 3 hours when other had appointments. I asked a person that had appointment they told me they did it on the app. That should be the recommendation over the phone instéad of no appointments needed as they were taking care of appointments vs walking other than that great service!
