I am very thankful as well that I have had the pleasure of working with the same sales rep since 2007, Mr. Joel Chapman. He has always been exemplary in his attention to detail and commitment to service for the customer!!! He is not the only one though. The Service staff is also amazing. They keep their appointment times and are extremely professional, even when a customer seems to be trying to upset them! Over all...the best dealership and customer experience I could have ever asked for...especially in Miami (A city Not known for customer service)!!!!! More

Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. Yasser was very patient.
