Drove 90 minutes for a great deal! We drove all the way from Naples to do business there. We were offered a great deal over the phone and they stuck to it so it was worth the drive. For that reason we probably won't use the service department, but over-all we were very pleased with everyone at Doral Hyundai. Our salesman Johnny Rodrique went out of his way to help us even staying 3 hours after he was supposed to be off, that's great dedication and excellent service. Also our first contact was with Johanny Vicente and she was very polite, courteous and prompt to return calls and communications. Johanny was the reason we made the trip and Johnny finished the job. I would also like to mention management was helpful and courteous in extreme as was the finance department. The vehicle did come with some sort of glitch in the break disks which seems to be of no major consequence, it was already acknowledged and noted and will be taken care of.
