Honest & Supportive Lease Purchasing Experience I had spent months making aggressive requests for the trade-in of my current vehicle in the effort to procure a lease of a new Tucson 2016. Jacob Reyf I had spent months making aggressive requests for the trade-in of my current vehicle in the effort to procure a lease of a new Tucson 2016. Jacob Reyf, the Sales Manager, was always direct and candid with me regarding the reality of my situation. Yasser Fahmy, the Sales Associate, was very attentive and friendly; especially in consideration of the fact that my 5 year old daughter was with me for the duration of my time at the dealership. My sales person Mr Yasser Fahmy is a total professional with a great disposition. He is a genuinely personable individual, I have in fact already recommended Doral Hyundai and specifically Mr. Fahmy. I would also like to mention management was helpful and courteous in extreme as was the finance department. The vehicle did come with some sort of glitch in the break disks which seems to be of no major consequence, it was already acknowledged and noted and will be taken care of.
