The service was of a good quality as expected although it took longer for just a change of oil and filter. I was just upset as I went to the dealer replying an email offer tio have this specific service for took longer for just a change of oil and filter. I was just upset as I went to the dealer replying an email offer tio have this specific service for a promotional cost of $49.99. When I asked for that promotion it was said that it was not available as they work only with synthetic oil and my cost would be of $150.00. I don't think that is correct as they should honor what they advertise and if they did not have the regular oil type they should make the promotional price for this other type of oil. That was a misleading propaganda from Doral Hyundai. More

Great service! Attentive costumer care. Customer satisfaction. Juan castillo took care of me and he is excellent at doing his job! Only complaint i have is the car Attentive costumer care. Customer satisfaction. Juan castillo took care of me and he is excellent at doing his job! Only complaint i have is the car wash . I waited about 2 hours for my car to get washed after my car was ready after an oil change, first they washed the outside and it was dirty. Juan was very kind and requested it to go back to rewash and to be cleaned inside . The car came back the same and no vacuum inside. I felt like i wasted unnecessary time due to the car wash staff. I repeat juan castillo has excellent costumer service. More
