Bought a vehicle through them from West Palm Beach, FL, everything went great until the vehicle was delivered to us without any temp tags. I left a voicemail and no response that day (left voicemail around 1PM). The next day I called the dealership 5 times, from morning to evening and was again sent to the finance managers voicemail, only again no response. I was getting so frustrated and tried telling each sales representative on the phone how I keep calling and nobody is helping me, but they just transferred me without any empathy or concern. The next day we called again multiple times, same situation and no help. I decided to chat on their website which they had a text option where I hoped to get someone's eyes on our situation to help. We were texted by a lady named Maddie Nelson and she put my phone number in the text asking if that was the correct number to call to discuss the issue and I responded yes, which this text was around 9AM. I texted her again at 3PM and was told the issue was noted to their team and they would reach out to me soon. 6PM and the same thing, I then realized the texts were sounding very automated, even though I asked if it was a robot or person and she texted me saying "I'm Maddi Nelson, a real person and sales associate at Doral Hyundai." Still no response. Then the next day I texted her and got the same information. I called their sales department a final time but was hoping if I showed interest in buying a large priced item they'd send me to their finance manager, but I was not, actually the sales representative told me "I can transfer you to the finance manager but he's probably not going to answer because he has customers in the office." He really was more interested in getting my info and having a sales associate work a deal, not letting me have an option to speak with the finance manager. ****UPDATE: I called the service department this morning and had a representative Dillon take down my info and pulled up our info which was more than any sales rep had done, told me he would try to get in touch with the accounting department to get our tags sent to us. I emailed the general manager Jose Albert after looking at the reviews and he responded this morning where he tagged the Finance Manager Edward & his assistant Tatiana whom had the temp tags and registration sent via FedEx with the tracking # and advised it will arrive tomorrow morning. I am very grateful they rectified this situation after having such issues with them the previous days. More

Since being overcharged for our car, we have not been able to talk to anyone other that a phone operator. They transfer our call to someone’s voicemail if we are lucky it just disconnect the call if we a able to talk to anyone other that a phone operator. Not only did I have to deal with an "Arrogant Sales Mananger" who manipulated the buy out contract by swapping numbers around, but I also have not received my registrations which were paid back in June. After numerous calls and email, the blame is put on US Mail, and they have yet to correct the problem. Funny is that I receive mail from all of the USA, but cant get these delivered!!! This dealership cannot get their act together and would not recommend to absolutely no one! More

Drive two hours because they said I can test drive. Upon arrival the car was DEAD. No problem, I worked out the numbers and had to come back the next day to finish the paperwork and buy once fixed. After 8 hours of driving back and fourth I was happy with my purchase. Next day my car door handle was broken off and car was DEAD. I still did not care was understanding these things happen. They promised me a replacement piece for the door. Gloria promised me this part said it is on the way.
