WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could rate them with less than 1 star, I would. This car dealership is the worst place to buy or lease a car, especially for women who go alone If I could rate them with less than 1 star, I would. This car dealership is the worst place to buy or lease a car, especially for women who go alone: they take advantage, lie, and manipulate. In my case, the Manager offered me in writing a lease for 39 months with 12,000 miles per year, which I accepted and signed. However, when I met with the finance manager to sign the contract, I realized they had changed it to 48 months with 10,000 miles per year. When I realized about this change, I asked to the finance Manager to honor what was originally promised. The finance manager assured me he would correct it, but trusting his word, I took the contract home and later discovered that it had never been modified. When I went back to complain, the finance manager was no longer working in the company. I was then attended by the finance director and a so-called Manager who, to my surprise, I later found out on the website was not even the same person who had first introduced himself as the Manager. Instead of offering me a solution, both acted rudely, without the slightest empathy or interest in helping. This dealership lacks values and professional ethics. They don’t honor what they offer, they change the terms to their convenience, and they take advantage of women who go alone. I do not recommend this place at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! More
