Most deceptive dealer we have ever worked with. We traded in our lease after looking at a pre-owned vehicle we wanted to purchase. We met with the finance manager who advised us they would take car We traded in our lease after looking at a pre-owned vehicle we wanted to purchase. We met with the finance manager who advised us they would take care of all of the remaining fees for the lease and we ended up leaving our lease at the dealership and purchasing the vehicle. A month later Hyundai Corp. sends us a letter for a disposition fee claiming they have nothing to do with the dealership and they require payment. The dealer ignored our more than a dozen calls and emails and when we finally went in person they not only did not help us but blamed us for the mishap. Claiming we should have told them about the fee so they could include it in the deal. They are the experts! They are the ones that told us they would take care of all the fees. Do not walk into this dealership. They are not trustworthy at all. We purchased / leased 6 vehicles over the years, never had an issue until we walked in here. If you insists on doing business with Hyundai please go to any other dealer. More
