I bought a 2022 Tucson in April at Doral Hyundai and I would rate the service & sales person response team as very poor. I tried setting up oil change and next appt is 2 months from now and the girls answering service desk calls are either unable or unwilling to answer basic questions. All they do is offer to setup a service appt or transfer my call to unknown voicemails. Additionally, the dealer provided me with free tint on my front windows but I found out it’s illegal tint for the front windows because it’s too dark at 18% which can only be used on rear windows in Florida. Getting any followup from anyone at this dealership has been non-existent. I am a very unhappy new customer! More

Worst experience ever. Went in to buy a 2022 Elantra Limited Edition and they tried to charge me $5K above the sticker price. Stating limited availability and dealer fees. Also told me there was another person interested in buying the car and they wanted me to offer more money. Talk about price gouging. When I got up to walk away, then Carmen asked well what were you expecting to pay?! Like if I would want to deal with crocked people like them. Bad business!! More
Our first salesperson was beyond incompetent (Jimmy). He could not even answer the simplest of questions, or tell us any of the features of the cars we were looking at; my husband and I walked ourselves all could not even answer the simplest of questions, or tell us any of the features of the cars we were looking at; my husband and I walked ourselves all over the lot trying to find the cars we were looking at online/looking up features and answering our own questions. The mark up on the lot was out of control high (we’re talking 5k-10k), and then the dealership charged us redundant, exorbitant dealership fees (almost 2k total). The manager refused to speak with us when we asked three separate times. Our second salesperson, Marlon, and our financial rep were our only positive interactions. We were initially sold a car without working headlights (after being promised it was a thoroughly inspected CPO), and though we were able to bring it back and exchange it, the car we were then sold also has a glitchy computer system, is missing a key, and we were not provided the wheel lock key to be able to remove the tires. I walked in thinking to just look at a car and gauge myself for later. Instead, thanks to the great service from Aristides Rojas, I ended up driving off in a new Iconiq 2022. He helped me look at options and along with looking into the future to make sure I can handle the payments to my new car. Suggestions and little things to take his sales strategy above and beyond. He is a very proactive member of the team and made my experience better than what I thought it would be. His work along with Franklin Gonzalez made it possible for me to own my very first brand new, non pre-owned, vehicle. More

Most disorganized dealership I have ever been to.Took my Most disorganized dealership I have ever been to. Took my girlfriend’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata to have the right passenger side tail/brake light fixed. T Most disorganized dealership I have ever been to. Took my girlfriend’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata to have the right passenger side tail/brake light fixed. Tried replacing the bulb, however; the assembly that holds the light in place had melted and broke. Day 1 – Saturday, 09/11/21 Tried taking the car to Tire Kingdom to have the break light fixed, however; they would not touch it (made sense…. since the whole assembly looked like it needed to be replaced). Quick Google search led to Doral Hyundai. Arrived at a dismal parking situation and very confusing drive true service entry. Waited for at least 20-30 minutes to be seen by an associate (it looks like they are busy on Saturdays but only have one customer service person for auto service…in all fairness, we did not have an appointment). Told the customer service person the issue, she told us she wouldn’t know how much it would cost until a mechanic would look at it. In addition, the customer service person informed us that there were some recalls and stated they would correct as well. We left the car at the dealership, and we went to lunch. One hour later we received a call from the customer service person who explained to us that: 1. The cost to fix the break light was 150.00, however; they did not have the part and would need to order it 2. They had also found that the engine and cabin filters needed to be replaced as well as the transmission, coolant, and break fluids needed to be flushed, which they could do as well as fix the recall issued In total, the quote was around 650.00. Gave the customer service person the ok to go ahead with the repairs. Later in the day, we received a call back from the customer service person stating that the repairs were done, and we could pick up the car. Arrived back at the dealership around 5 PM….no one to be found in the service department. Asked a salesman if we could pay and pick up the car, was instructed to wait at the payment desk. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, an individual came out and took our payment and gave us the keys to the car. We were told that once the part was in, they would contact us to have the break light fixed. Day 2 – Saturday, 09/25/21 Same parking situation….same disorganization….around the service department. Waited around 30-40 minutes this time (in all fairness, they had called asking if we could drop off the car during the week, however; were not able to due to work and school) to see customer service (sadly….again….one person and not much organization). After a few choice words the car was finally taken to be serviced. Again, went to lunch. Received a call from the customer service person who informed us that the whole break light housing had melted, and it would cost an additional 250.00 to fix. Asked the customer service person why are you finding this now and not before. Customer service person couldn’t give us a good explanation. Again, back to the dealership, asked to see the work which was done….again…waiting 15-20 minutes. Also spoke to the customer service person….again…choice words. Paid for the repairs (in all fairness, we were given a 20.00 discount…this is pretty insulting). By far the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. In addition, customer care (or safety for that matter….since the break light assembly had melted…guess you get what you pay for….or don’t) is not a focus for Hyundai More
