I had had a very difficult experience the last time I went to get maintenance there, and I had my guard up ready for the same. To my happy surprise, the team that worked with me was fantastic. Ernesto wa went to get maintenance there, and I had my guard up ready for the same. To my happy surprise, the team that worked with me was fantastic. Ernesto was kind, Tony working out front with the car movement was on top of the clients, and I asked about the car cleaning location and this young gentleman (I dot recall his name but I believe he was colombian or Venezuelan) drove my car to get cleaned. I could not ask for more! My service detector was also reset (wasn't reset last time) so it's no longer beeping asking for service :) Thank you! More

I’ve been bringing my Hyundai vehicles to the dealership for service for the past seven years, and for the most part it’s been great, but recently the quality of service has declined, while the cost of an for service for the past seven years, and for the most part it’s been great, but recently the quality of service has declined, while the cost of an oil change has skyrocketed to $129. I finally decided to come back in, because I received an offer in the mail for an oil change for $40. My oil changes there have always taken approximately one hour, but this recent visit was more than three hours. Perhaps if you’re not paying full price, you get bumped as a lower priority? That’s just speculation on my part. The vehicle was also returned to me pretty dirty on the driver side. I guess with a discounted oil change, they also do not check all the other things that they usually do, like air pressure, fluid levels etc. More
