This is the worst service center and showroom in the whole of miami. We got a Hyundai tucson hybrid 2022 not less than in 2 weeks my car showed me an engine check light. We got it to the service stati whole of miami. We got a Hyundai tucson hybrid 2022 not less than in 2 weeks my car showed me an engine check light. We got it to the service station and asked them to chdck whats wrong. In two days time they called us said its ready and we were suppose to pay nothing. When we went to pick up the car and as soon as we start the car the engine check light was up again. They said its a technical glitch and will fix it. We had to leave the car there again and got a rental from them. They called us after 3 days and said this time that the fuel pump and injection was faulty coz there was water in the oil which they were not able to figure out in the first time and charged me $1200 Thats funny. They are complete scam. Also last but not the least they made me pay for the rental as well and kept me stranded in the heat waited for the pick up at the rental car center for 2 hours and at last i had to uber Thats the worst showroom ive ever been to. If you ever go to this showroom to buy a car please make sure you do not get it from Mr.Jaime. After the sales there is no response from him. He will never recieve your call and will never have the courtesy to call you back even if you called him like 20 times. More

We visited four other dealerships and had a bad experience at all of them, Doral Hyundai was the other one that was honest, no pressure and honored their exact internet out the door price!
