Technician did not advise of tires needing replacement. Service was supposed to include tire rotation. If rotation was actually done, any mechanic worth his salt would have seen the tread below the limit Service was supposed to include tire rotation. We purchased a 2022 Kona on June 30th and we had a couple of items that we were owed. We tried unsuccessfully every day for 15 days to reach both Ariel(sales person), and Giermo(Sales Manager) to schedule of items that we were owed. We tried unsuccessfully every day for 15 days to reach both Ariel(sales person), and Giermo(Sales Manager) to schedule window tint and all weather mats and have yet to receive a call back. The receptionist does a wonderful job placing customers on never ending hold! This dealership works very hard to get the sale and very little afterwards. I tried other department to try another route to reach management and each and every one claims that they do not have a company directory to assist me with my dilema. Shocker! I was a GM in the automotive industry for the better part of 25 years. If I had treated my customers with this level of disrespect I doubt that I would have kept my position as long as I did. There are many Hyundai dealerships in the area. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Doral Hyundai! More
