Meet your family I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I receive. I felt like I was one of the family there. Everyone had a smile, they greeted me whe I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I receive. I felt like I was one of the family there. Everyone had a smile, they greeted me when I entered which made me feel very comfortable. They offered me something to drink and because it was Christmas Eve they even offered me food. A DEALER WITHOUT PRESSURE OR SCARY TACTICS Yasser made sure that I was comfortable, and that I could make my monthly payments. I saw other clients come in and develop the same rapport that I h Yasser made sure that I was comfortable, and that I could make my monthly payments. I saw other clients come in and develop the same rapport that I had with Yasser. Yasser had other clients and sales opportunities while working with me. Instead of rushing my process, he asked other fellow Salesman to work with his clients, and in no moment he seemed concerned; he was totally focused on my deal. During the closing, Yasser was working behind the scenes, and when Finance was done, Yasser had moved all the items from my "old" car (2015) into my new sport ride! Wow!!! It was shining and with "new car smell". Yasser worked efficiently during the process to make sure that I left on time to allow me to pick up my daughter on time from after school activities. I cannot think of ANY thing that Yasser could have done to make my process smoother than it did. WHAT A PRO!! Congratulations to Yasser and to the dealer's GM for running such a great dealership!
